The We Have Your Next Flip Trusted Partner Network is a selective promotional program designed to connect reputable real estate service businesses with investors operating in relevant local markets. Before submitting your business for consideration, please review and acknowledge the terms that apply to Trusted Partners.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review businesses before deciding whether they are appropriate for promotion through our investor network.
Applicants must generally have been actively operating their business for at least one year, subject to our review and discretion.
Applicants must provide proof of active business insurance and any applicable professional or trade licensing required for the services they provide.
We may review Google reviews, public ratings, complaint history, website quality, licensing, insurance, and other publicly available information when considering an application.
Applicants may be asked to provide their website, company logo, service areas, services offered, photos of completed work, business description, mission statement, specialized skills, and other information needed to create an approved listing.
Our goal is to maintain limited availability by service category and approved geographic area. For example, a market may have one approved junk removal company, one lawn care company, or one business within another defined service category.
We Have Your Next Flip determines how service categories, specialties, markets, and geographic territories are defined for purposes of Trusted Partner availability and placement.
Approved Trusted Partners may activate their listing through a recurring subscription currently priced at $20.00 per month. You are not charged merely for submitting an application.
While active and in good standing, approved businesses may be listed on local Trusted Partner pages, featured on relevant assignment property listings, and promoted to investors in applicable service areas.
A Trusted Partner is not automatically displayed on every property. Businesses may be promoted alongside assignment opportunities where their services appear reasonably relevant to the property or investor.
Trusted Partner participation is a promotional and networking opportunity. We do not guarantee calls, leads, estimates, contracts, customers, referrals, jobs, revenue, or any minimum amount of business.
Trusted Partners are independent third-party businesses and are not employees or agents of We Have Your Next Flip. Investors independently decide whether to hire a promoted business and contract directly with that company.
We may suspend or remove a business for nonpayment, expired required insurance or licensing, serious customer complaints, misrepresentation, unsafe practices, reputational concerns, or conduct we reasonably believe may harm investors or our network.
If your business is approved, you will be given a separate opportunity to activate your Trusted Partner subscription. Before any recurring $20.00 monthly charge begins, you will receive and must separately accept the subscription price, recurring billing terms, and cancellation authorization.
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, category exclusivity, geographic exclusivity, or reservation of a Trusted Partner position. A position is not considered active until the business has been approved and any required subscription activation and payment steps have been completed.
